The Moscow office of an international distributing company is looking for a Team assistant with knowledge of English and at least 1 year work experience in administrative position.

Job responsibilities:

  • Receiving phone calls and managing business correspondence
  • Paper flow maintenance
  • Planning and scheduling of meetings, preparing meeting rooms, receiving guests
  • Organization of business trips
  • Conducting negotiations with vendors and purchasing supplies
  • Participation in organization of corporate events and conferences
  • Coordination of all administrative activities

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year work experience in administrative position
  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of English language (at least upper-intermediate)
  • Good communicative skills
  • Dutiful and accurate approach to work
  • Reliable and responsible personality

Conditions:

  • 35000 – 40000 RUR
  • Work schedule: 09:00 – 18:00
