Description

The Head of a large development company is in need of a highly qualified English and French speaking personal assistant.

Duties:

  • Organizing the Head’s paperwork;
  • Scheduling the Head’s working day;
  • Arranging meetings, negotiations and drawing up minutes;
  • Business correspondence in Russian, English and French;
  • Processing and composing documents;
  • Oral and written translation (of the Head’s private issues particularly);
  • Arranging execution of the Head’s orders;
  • Searching and processing data;
  •  Preparing reports and presentations;
  • Providing travel support (reserving hotels and tickets, organizing transfers);
  • Cooperation with company’s staff;
  • Meeting guests and visitors, catering;
  • Performance of individual orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience (3 years at least);
  • Higher education;
  • Proficiency in English (advanced), French (intermediate);
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Business ethics;
  • Developed communication skills and stress resistance.

Working conditions:

  • Revenue: 100 000 RUR (gross);
  • Social package: Medical insurance;
  • Working schedule: 09:00 – 18:00;
  • Location: «Begovaya»  metro station.
